Every detail taken care of

With important, large-scale events, planning is vital. And we leave nothing to chance.

Our initial conversations set out to discover what you want out of your event and the catering for it. And the menu evolves as we discuss numbers, location and your aspirations for the event.

We also seek, where possible, an at-venue consultation, to get a sense of space and place, and in turn leading into menu and service planning.

And for your really special occasion, we like to drill down and find out if there’s something you really love, a favourite dish or flavour or element we can work into the offering. We pride ourselves that every event we cater for is unique.

The big day, with little stress

On the day of the event, we manage every element of the logistics. We will have agreed on the menus and final details in advance, but there is still plenty to do – for us, not you.

We arrive at the venue as early as possible to set up, organise serving plates, crockery, displays and run our wait staff – drawn from our unrivalled network of service staff – through what’s needed.

The bigger the event, the more of us there will be to make sure it all runs smoothly, but our level of diligence and professionalism remains the same.
